As I’ve already submitted a number of improvements to the Polish translation strings and they have not been validated, I wonder if I could become a validator myself.

I assume you mean .com? or both .com and .org?

My blog is: polishedtranslations.wordpress.com, and it has a link to my blog in Polish. I set my language option in the latter (languages the blog is written in) to English, as the current translation strings are rather awkward (to say the least) and give a negative impression of my language standards. Therefore I want to edit at least those which are immediately visible to visitors, so they don’t cringe in horror.
