I’ve found some discussions about localized version stats here:

http://lists.automattic.com/pipermail/wp-polyglots/2009-December/thread.html#3862
http://lists.automattic.com/pipermail/wp-polyglots/2010-February/thread.html#4139
But there are no conclusions!
I’d like to know how I can get the download counter/stats for a localized version?

Download counters per locale are not active right now, sorry.

Download counters per locale (for standalone .org version) worked well more than a year ago.
Then translators were banned (Matt wrote that it is private page).
I was the one who tried to publicize this problem in polyglots list.
Many times I wrote about this problem, but no real reaction.
These stats exist, but translators are banned.
Why?
What can we do to access these stats?
We translate and publicize WordPress and we are not allowed to see how many users use our work…

Can we hope that this feature will be available for us?
