I tried to create the package for 3.1.4 thai but after I clicked the create button. I got the result like this.
I tried many time and got the same result. Can you help?

subversion have this error, so I tried translate.wordpress.org. Now I can create package for 3.1.4. Everything working fine in translate.wordpress.org
